Superior was sent out to my home after contacting my home warranty company to clear a mainline sewer blockage. Thankfully they were in my area already that morning and called me within 60 minutes of contacting the warranty company. Our AC unit wasn't working and I filed a service request with our home insurance.. Adel called that evening and came out the next morning! I have had continued problems with my AC unit it was leaking in my house. I have been dealing with my home warranty program and they use Superior and they have been wonderful. When the problem could not be fixed since they could not get the parts for it we had a new unit installed. I am so please with the guys that came out and got it installed yesterday. Had them install and new thermostat also Nic just left and I an so happy with every thing that have done for me. I will recommend them 100%. Thank you so much
